Once a date is agreed upon and a contract is signed Susie and the girls will professionally set up the contents of your home for an Estate Sale! No matter why you need an Estate Sale, Susie will customize her services to meet your needs, and leave you with a neat and empty house.

Susie’s services require no money up front and she only charges a 25% commission on the sales. (30% for commutes outside a 25 mile radius of Susie’s home base)

The services include:

·        Emptying of all closets, cupboards and storage rooms.

·        Putting aside personal/sensitive documents etc for family.

·        Professional set up of house for the sale.

·        Professionally run sale—Susie has 25 years experience and a great customer base

·        Donation of left over items

·        Vacuum house, wipe counters and floors—we leave the house empty and tidy.
