Once a date is agreed upon and a contract is signed Susie and her crew will professionally set up the contents of your home for an Estate Sale! No matter why you need an Estate Sale, Susie will customize her services to meet your needs, and for a fee will arrange for your home to be emptied after the sale.

Susie’s services require no money up front and she only charges a 25% commission on the sales. (30% - 35% for commutes outside a 25 mile radius of Susie’s home base)

The services include:

·        Emptying of all closets, cupboards and storage rooms

·        Putting aside personal/sensitive documents etc for family

·        Professional set up of contents of home for the sale

·        Professionally run sale—Susie has over 25 years experience and a great customer base
